Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An upgrade applies right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. If you move to a smaller plan, the unused part is credited on your next invoice. You see the amounts before you confirm.
Which payment methods do you accept?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA Direct Debit. Yearly Pro and Team can also be paid by invoice (PDF or e-invoice), 14 days net.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT; 25.5% VAT is added at checkout. The price including VAT is shown under every price, and the VAT is itemised on the receipt and invoice. Business customers can add a business ID or VAT number when paying.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. A new account gets Pro free for 14 days, no card needed. After the trial the account continues on Free and your saved data stays.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
You can cancel any time in Settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period and nothing more is charged. A yearly plan is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase at [email protected]. Otherwise there are no partial refunds.
Do you have terms for the public sector and educators?
Yearly Pro and Team can be paid by invoice, 14 days net, with your own reference. If you need a procurement process, e-invoicing, a DPA or more than 5 users, request a quote through the contact form.
What are AI credits?
The AI features, such as the chat and the analyses, use AI credits. One chat question is 1 credit, larger analyses 2-3. On paid plans, unused credits carry over to the next month.
