We predict which skills will arrive in Finland, then score ourselves.

When a skill's share of international tech postings rises while it is still rare in Finnish postings, we record a dated prediction that its share of Finnish postings will double. Each prediction is scored against Finnish job-posting data, next to random skills with a similar starting point.
